Dr Ritu Dave -Medical Oncologist & Hemato-Oncologist

Dr Ritu Dave is a medical oncologist at Lokmanya Medical and Research Centre, Pune. She pursued DNB training in medical oncology at Basavatarakam Indo American Cancer hospital and research institute at Hyderabad, under the able guidance of Dr. Senthil Rajappa. She dealt with various malignancies including several rare ones during her training period. Prior to that she completed 3 years of residential DNB training in internal medicine from Inlaks and Budhrani Hospital, Pune & MBBS and internship from the prestigious BJ Medical College, Pune. She also has European certification in medical oncology (ECMO). She has worked with HCG Cancer Centre , Apex group of hospitals and Sanjeevani Cancer Centre, Mumbai before moving to Pune. She has an overall experience of 5 years in cancer care. She has keen interest in treating various solid tumors like breast cancer, ovarian cancer, lung cancer, cervical cancer, prostate cancer, gastric and colorectal cancers as well as many hematological malignancies. She believes that the needs of every cancer patient are different and it’s important to have an individualistic, compassionate approach towards each inorder to cater to each and every patients needs.
